The Challenge
A Grade II listed building had twelve original sash windows in poor condition. The listing prohibited replacement, but the windows were draughty and several had broken mechanisms.
Our Solution
Each window was carefully removed, stripped, and repaired in our workshop. New sash cords were fitted, draught-proofing added to all meeting rails, and period-appropriate putty glazing restored.
